Default 98 civic ex just changed belts and now idle is crazy

I do not know much about cars. I have a 98 civic ex and it was leaking oil so I had to change the camshaft and crankshaft seals. I took all the belts off and timing belt.

Now when I drive the car, sometimes when I clutch or am in neutral, the car still idles high (while moving, and when I am standing still). Then today (about 2 days later) one of the belts started squeaking when I started up the car.

The idle problem did not occur before I changed the belts. I did check the throttle and it does not seem stuck. Any thoughts?

I would say have ur timing done. Anytime you do your timing belt, you need to adjust your timing again.
