My rear left turn signal went out and I'm trying to repair it. In-dash left "blinker" blinks fast. I've checked the 10A under-hood flasher fuse, as well as replaced the turn signal / hazard relay from the under-dash location here:

The replaced relay still clicks fast and the blinker is still out.

Is the blinker bulb definitely bad, or have I missed something?

Fixed. The bulb was indeed the culprit --- in case anyone else has this issue.

 

one time I drove around ALL day without my blinkers working and i didnt even know it.
I had nearly my whole dash out for paint and i didnt know if you hazard light button is unplugged then your blinkers wont blink :D !

it took me a while to figure that one out
