First of all I want to say hello to everybody.

This are some custom works that I have done in my shop/garage.

BMW e36 with 3.0 M3 engine turbocharged (550 bhp rwhp)
I have converted the normally aspirated intake manifold for the turbo application.




Then I made an 4'' custom exhaust












Honda CRX D16a3 engine turbocharged

Custom piperun for the intercooler.

Now....since this is a Honda forum.....please enjoy the finished intercooler piping (please note that I will change the clamps...they look like C#RAP)

 

Ok so I have finished also the exhaust for the above turbo'd Honda CRX.

This is how it came in the shop:







And this is how it left the shop ( please note that the muffler will be changed because this is only a temporary muffler)

No flex section in the exhaust? That will put a lot of stress on the manifold and the whole exhaust system.

 

Yes I know that...but this is what the client wanted...this is what I've done!

 

If you suggested to the client that his manifold and downpipe will crack without a flex section, I am sure he would change his mind rather quickly...

 

that M3 exhaust I bet melts the paint on the hood...good lord it's close!

 

Looks good! You're doing great. Only problem is that hanger is gonna rip outta that muffler canister on the turbo crx. Good luck to you though, Your work is lookin great!

 

I know Tony....but the client was at the bottom of his wallet and he didn't wanted to mount a flex section .....I think that when they will crack he will come to me.

You see....here, in my country, alot of people have fixed ideas and the motorsport stuff is let's say 50 years behind the US.

 

No....it has a turbo blanket now

 

Damn, your welds make mine look like they were done offroading on an atv!

I just have to note the irony behind a great exhaust combined with such a manifold. It's like putting a B18C5 into a Chevette. I hope that's why it's a 2-pc downpipe, so that can be changed later too. Hopefully it holds up.
