I have s300 and im having some issues setting the boost on my car. It builds zero boost if wastegate is hooked up to the lower wastegate port and to vac. When the boost controller is hooked up to s300 with wire in a11 and key on power car overboosts every time. i have a safe boost cut but the boost by gear isnt working itll built boost cut in every gear. I have a 6262 tial 38mm wastegate built lsv cp piston eagle rod fully built b16 head dual springs, retainers, and flat face valves and arp head studs. gsr cams.

Also vtec randomly stopped working. I have the harness completely ran right and all the variables oil, wire, ecu everything and still no vtec.. even tried adding another ground to head and still no vtec.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

 

Be sure your fire ring is installed correctly. I bet your problem is the diaphragm in the wastegate is no good.

I'm interested in the fact the that you say running off the controller it over boosts.
Is this a Mac solenoid valve you are using as a boos controller?
If so post up a pic of the calibration screen from S300.
Did you set the duty cycle first, using the fixed duty cycle option?
