The car just started making this noise. There is no CEL, or loss of power just this noise. Can someone confirm whether it is the valves or Rod Knock? Ive already replaced the TCT. It starts at About 3k rpm and up. It does not get better or worse.

drain the oil and you'll find out. if there's a ton of shavings in there, you have your answer. If there's a rod knock, your oil will have metal shavings in it.

Did you change the oil before or after the knock developed? If you changed the oil before the knock noise developed, drain it again (dropping the oil pan altogether is advisable). If you just drain it all and it comes back clean, just refill the oil on top (use a clean container and top-off the .1 qt you lost).

I changed it after the noise occured. I will add as well that IT ONLY MAKES THIS NOISE UNDER LOAD.
Wouldnt a rod knock be constant through idle or under load?

When My Rod started knocking My oil Pressure Dropped. Check dipstick.
Sounds like A Bad rod, Not Spun bearing. You'll Know when it's spun.
My car went from bad rod to Spun bearing and Theres a big difference in sound.
Change oil after a Few hundred miles of driving if its a rod knock Oil should be silverblackish
