Default 95 lx, HUGE WIRING PROBLEM.

So,i'll do cliffnotes to save everyone some time.

-Took out cluster
-Took out washer fluid bottle (cut wired to plug on bottle)
-Get in car
-Close door,cluster lights,taillights,corner lights,side markers go out.
-Drivers side headlights are dim and do not have high beam, passenger side is find on the headlight but side marker and corner do not get power
-Found fuse 32 under hood is blowing repeaditively. 15a
- No matter what fuse i put in,it blows it instantly.
- Fuse 32 controls taillights,corners(side markers),and cluster lights
-(headlights SHOULDN'T be involved with this fuse)
- Check cluster harness,looks good.
- Disconnect side markers and resplice corner wires together, didn't change anything.
-Its not the side markers, its not the cluster.
- Re attatch plug from washer tank.
- Side markers work temporarily, then go dim, then go out and will not come back on.

At this point,i'm stumped.I traced everything i know to and have went through my options.Any help will be greatly appriciated.

I'd look at the wiring diagram and trace back from the load on each part that is not working properly. Somethings grounded which keeps blowing fuses.

Good Luck.

Wire a lightbult that can plug into the fuse socket. With a short circuit the light bulb will illuminate. When the short is removed the light bulb will go out. This is cheaper than replacing fuses while trying to diagnose the problem.

As far as the circuit goes, Honda does some crazy things sometimes that make you say, "WTF?". You need an electrical schematic to diagnose the problem. Or, retrace your steps VERY carefully since the symptom happened after messing with some circuits.
