98 Civic Horn Issue

98 Civic Horn Issue
I need to get my horn working so I can pass inspection in KY.
The car didn't have a horn when I picked it up, so I got a horn and plugged it in. (single wire horn BTW) Nothing. Checked the fuse and it is good. Took the airbag off and the black connector has nothing to plug into!
If someone could show me a pic of what I should be looking at or what the black connector should plug into, it would be greatly appreciated.
Any other help also appreciated.
