Default B20b leak down test results question

So I was getting air coming out of my tb, so I changed the valve seals and now I'm getting more air out of the tb and the exhaust! None of the valves are bent and I just replaced the seals, I have no idea what else could give me these bad test results. If anyone has an idea or any advice please help me out.

Is the engine properly timed?

^Yes, I quadruple checked. I'm gonna take the head off and check the seals one more time, but if I cant fix it tonight I'm just going to take it to the machine shop.

I don't think bad seals will cause a loss of compression. If the timing is correct, then there's likely some valve damage.

I checked the valves and none of them are bent. I'm going to double check the timing, are the two arrows supposed to point directly up, or parallel with the head since it's at an angle? Also, are the two notches on the cam gears supposed to line up? I know, it's a dumb question

Have a machine shop vacuum check the valves.

Post pictures. Arrows up and marks align in center between cam gears.

I keep getting 50% on my leak down tests, idk if you're supposed to have oil in the car or not but I'm going to test it again tonight. If I can't figure it out I'll just take it to the machine shop.

The cam timing looks good. What mark on the crank pulley does the pointer align with when the cams are at TDC1?

I lined it up with that little line on the side, the groove for the key is at the very top of the crank. I'd take a picture if I could get my camera down in there, hahaha.

There are several different marks on the crank pulley, but only one indicates TDC1. It's usually the lone white mark, rather than the group of three marks. The cams looks fine, but if the crank pulley is not also at TDC1, then your mechanical timing is off.

I only have that on line cut into the side of the crank, plus I set it when the head was off the block so I know at least that one is lined up right.

Pull out plug #1 and verify that piston #1 is at TDC when the pointer aligns with that mark. This can be done by inserting a stick or dowel into the plug hole to verify TDC.

I just did it again to make sure, it's at tdc. I'm officially stumped, I'm just gonna take it to the machine shop tomorrow.

Also, A buddy told me you have to turn the crank when doing a leak down test, can anyone tell me about this?
