So I have a lightly use set of Twinblock's. I have everything but the Spoon bolts. Now looking at the instructions, it says to NOT use your OEM one's. Now, I'm looking to see as to what other options I have since I dont have the original Spoon bolts. Thanks in advance

Thanks. So if I take mines and go to a parts store and measure for one that is slightly longer, then I should be good to go or get nsx one's 90107-SL0-000. Im assuming its longer due to the washers.

a couple old pics showing clearance between rotor and calipers. a little off center. nothing to be worried about though.

you'll need the washers. They align the caliper over the rotor. Supposedly there are some knuckles that don't need the washers, but I've never seen one that didn't.
I would say no, because the thread contact area is shorter. The threaded area on the Spoon bolts are most likely longer because they are screwing into aluminum. You do not want to exceed the bearing load of the aluminum threads.
go to a bolt store and buy some that are the length that DC5yo supplied to you in the earlier posts..
why guess at which bolt to use espcially when someone has already measured the correct one for you......
