Swapped in the b17, had a lsvtec everything was fine.
Now, the fan has constant power, only works if you ground off one side at the connector. If I jump the switch on the thermo stat nothing happens.
My running lights instantly pop a fuse when turned on. Took out front bulbs but guess its in my wiring.
Where should I start with either issue? Relay? main ground?
Thanks in advance guys!

The 92 Integra rad fan power is constant, fuse 12-15A, [hot at all times] in under dash fuse box, the rad fan relay supplies the rad fan with a ground, the relay is controled by the ECT switch that supplies the rad fan relay with a ground, [yellow/green lead].
That is where I would start, [rad fan relay] make sure wiring is correct..
Black- ground
Blue- ground output to rad fan
Yellow/green- ground input from ECT switch, [when engine coolent is 192 degrees F]
Black/yellow- 12V input, fuse 21-15A, [hot at all times] in under dash fuse box.
Make sure you are not confusing ECT switch, [yellow/green and black leads] with the ECT sending unit, [ yellow/green and grounded through sensor].
Sorry I am not sure where the switch and sending unit are on a B17.
For the lights it must be a wiring issue, if you have an aftermarket HU in the dash, pull it and check the red/black lead, [illumination] in stock radio harness, make sure it is not shorting to ground. 94
