nothing is broken in your car man. on 1997 accord, the stuck window is normal, i see it alot of times, also fix alot of them. anyway wat u do is go to kragen or sum store and buy a "silicone lublicate spray bottle" and u go home and spray it around the edge of the window and try to move it up and down wit your hands and widow should work like new

neat trick:
I'm assuming your window is like mine...works going down, sometimes gets stuck going up. Free fix: wind the window all the way down, then pour water (i keep an old arrowhead water bottle in my back "trunk box o' nicknacks" just for this) down into the sill all the way across. Let it soak for a couple seconds - i use about 1/4 of the bottle. Wind the window up and where it gets stuck...help it with your other hand 'jump' the sticky spot by pulling it up(since obviosly your other hand is on the power window switch). Not high-tech but effective.
