Default b16a2 swap in 95 civic dx - throttle issue

I have a 1995 Honda Civic DX and i just did a B16A2 swap form a 99 SI. Car starts but idles funny and i get 2 CEL codes 10 and 19. When i hit the throttle the car starts to die. Any idea what is going on here?

The 10 is from your IAT sensor in your intake. You probably had it disconnected when you hooked the battery back up. Pull and reconnect the battery cable to clear that one.

19 is for the auto tranny lockup control valve. If you pulled this swap out of an EM1, this shouldn't even be an option since they all had manual transmissions. Might want to double check that one.

Are you using the EM1's ECU?

Code 19 - you have an ECU for an automatic transmission.

Code 10 - check whether the IAT is plugged in or whether any sensor connectors are swapped.

I have a OBD1 p28-A02 ecu in my car and i will do that for the code to be cleared and i am using a LS integra automatic OBD2 Motor Wiring Harness. Why would the car die off when i hit the gas pedal though?
