Default Tune Up now FI relay not working

Replaced cap, rotor, wires, plugs, thermostat and upper/lower hoses and now the car won't start.

The main relay is not clicking and the fuel pump is not priming.

I replaced the relay with the working one from my other civic to no avail.

I didn't think I had worked on anything that involved the fuel system, what might be the issue here?

Did you disconnect the G101 ground wire attached to the thermostat housing?

Is hood fuse 44 or dash fuse 13 blown?
