I have a H22a swap into a 92 hatch. But here is the catch all fuses under the hood or under dash are good. Power to main relay but it doesnt click. tried that relay in another car workd fine. also did the same with the ecu. The car is throwing a hard check engin light. When the problem started i was merging onto the interstate and the motor flat out died. and suggestion or links to wiring diagrams would be helpful.

double check your wiring. also is the pump priming? i know you said the relay works , but maybe the pump is bad.

now the car keeps blowing the fuse to the main relay

sounds like the main relay could be bad or you have a wire that rubbed through and is shorting out on the body. Here is a quick test remove the main relay check each wire with a ohm meter to the chasis ground i think there should be only one wire that is ground. If you have more then one ground wire there is a problem

Is the thermostat housing ground cable tight?

i just got home where i can work on the car again. ill try these possiblities and check back. any other ideas would help too
