Default After Swap guidelines

I've heard rumors that when you put a motor in, its not a good idea to drive it very hard because there is a break in period you should go through. If I should break in a motor before toying with my 250% increase in HP, how many miles and on what kind of driving (highway or street)?

When i did my swap, i did 600 miles of normal city/hwy driving.
