ok so i have a b18b boosted it has a knocking sound kinda like its coming from the head but i had metal in my oil pan i was thinking it might have been a bent valve knockin but that wouldnt leave metal in the oil pan i lost can some one get me some hint.

no its not a rod bearing its a valve i know what a rod sound like

metal in oil and knocking? You need to check the bearings.

You say you think it's coming from the head, have you tried to do a valve lash adjustment?

I personaly have NEVER heard a head knock, click yes.

 

yea i head will knock if you have a bent valve ever had one they will make a knocking or tapping sound and the metal was from the old bearin that had spun so not a rod knocking like i said i know what that sounds like and if the bolt on one of the rocker arms in lose it will make a knocking or tapping sound

 

yea a valve adjustment has been done but i think its been awhile ill do it anyway o and my car jerks really hard at a low rpm (like 1500 to 2000) when i let out of the gas and then mash the throttle or when im shifting i know 5 speed cars jerk a little but this is not normal

I just pulled a rocker adjuster nut out of my oil pan crushed and flattened. I blew two clean off. Check under the valve cover

 

yea i fixed it one of the bolts on the rocker are arm was loose
