Default Engine/Crank balancing....should I do it?

I am tearing down my all motor setup to make it into a turbo setup. I previously put all new bearings in and had it balanced. My question is, with me changing my bore size to 81.5mm(from 81.0) and getting a new clutch and bearings etc, should I rebalance the rotating assembly?? I am assuming the main effect of an improperly balanced rotating assembly is bearing wear, leading to premature bearing failure. Any insight on this is greatly appreciated as I will be taking the block to a machine shop sometime this up coming week.

If balanced properly the first time, no need to rebalance
