Default D-series Ignition Options?

Ok, here's the important parts.

I'm running E85
Dseries at 27psi made 402whp.

Car is having misfire issues up top. I was able to make it less severe by regapping BRK7Es to .017, but I'm still getting intermittent misses. To be expected though, the coil and ignitor are original. Haven't had a chance to check what the plugs look like, I may need to bump to 8s.

Through some research I've been noticing that running E85 is much harder on the ignition. I'm going to guess that this is a result of having to push so much extra fuel in the chamber. I have plans of running ~35psi.

I'd like to know what ignition guys are running, or tuners have used on big power Dseries cars. I'm a poor college student, and would really like to only make this purchase once.

-New HONDA distributor
-MSD stuff?
-????

What other options do I have?
