So i have a 94 ex with abs and sometimes when i go to press the brake pedal, it slowly creeps down to the end, i tried bleeding all the brakes and the problem stays, no leaks anywhere. and also my abs light stays on. i was told it could be a leaking master cylinder but idk is there any way to test it??

 

I know when mine went bad and started leaking, it leaked from between the cylinder and break booster, so check there for fluid.

 

just checked and looks kind dirty there like if some fluid had leaked from there a long time ago, but its not wet and never has my fluid level gone down?? but im guessing theres a seal there and i should replace it???

 

Mine would drop from max to min every 3 days, when mine went... so im betting it was replaced (im assuming you bought it from someone else) When it leaks from there, its an internal seal that blows, so the whole thing would need to be replaced.

 

yeah ive only had the car for a couple weeks, im thinking i drive the car a bit more to see if it will leak from there before buying a master cyl. and i would need one from an ex with abs right?
