Default Brake Problem!!!!!!

I have a 94' integra with abs. The problem that im having is when i apply my brakes either moving or parked, the pedal slowly sinks to the floor! While the car is off i press the pedal and it feel stiff, like normal. but when its on 7/10 times it will sink. Now i checked for leaks and fluid levels, both the master and abs have proper fluid. I havent taken the wheels off and checked but i will today. Another thing i noticed is that when i press the pedal fast,(slamming on brakes), i feel the car grab on the right side but the left side doesnt so the car will pull. any advice on what it could be. thanks guys!

Rebleed the system to make sure you have no air in the lines. Also, as for one side grabbing check the caliper pistons to make sure they are not seized.
