I believe B&R Fittings make a kit. Let them know what turbo/manifold combo you have and they'll help you out.

yes run the coolant if u dont you will destroy your turbo

water cooled center sections are designed very different than oil cooled and need the water to keep them together.

i just tapped into the water line that goes to the TB and routed it back into the water pipe on the back of the block through the stock nipple.

That is not always true. Water cooled turbos have the water cooling primarily to allow for quick shut off. In fact Borg Warner on their new EFR turbos says that the water port is "optional" but recommended.

the reason for running water cooled CHRA's is it keeps the oil in the housing below the coking point... with a non-water cooled chra you simply need to run the car at idle for a few minutes before shutting it off to keep oil from coking up in the chra

Garrett has a whole write up on thier webiste on how to run the lines and stuff. I know people who have been running them with out the water lines, but I installed them on mine gt35r. The answer I got for why they didn't hook them up was in case of leaks down the road.

Could use a turbo timer aswell. Can be a hassle to install, but a bit more convenient.
