umm, if you do this, you'll get more vibration, to your car. your mounts won't shake anymore, though.

I have it done on 2 of my mount and plan to do it on the other 2. It does make the car stiffer, so you do feel more vibration than new stock mounts, but it is better than a broken stock mount, and a hell of a lot cheaper than buying new ones. for me it was a bit of a performance thing, less motor movement can mean less wheel hop and a more "positive" feeling shifter.

it is cheap. probably cost you.... $15 max. go to homedepot, or lowes and buy the black polyurethane caulk (2 just in case) and a caulking gun (cheaper if you already have one)

take your mounts off, tape one side of the mount. fill the holes in the mounts (should be three). fill it full, evenly, and smooth it out. do this to all 4 mounts (or do the ones that are broken so it doesn't vibrate your call to hell).

the more expensive route is using 3M window weld, which is the exact same as the cheap homedepot/lowes.

only down side to this is the waiting time. because it's so much caulking in one general area it's going to take a while for it to cure and harden. some people get by, by sticking it in the oven and baking it, but this does stink. some people have even made a make shift oven by using a grill, and curing the mounts in the grill.

the hardest part to this whole project is the down time (and taking the mounts out if you've never done it before). if it's your dd, it'll be down until the caulking has cured.

other then that, it's pretty easy to do
