they worked fine for me with close to 350whp, between the motor mount inserts and the tq mount inserts there was barely any motor movement and it was alot nice to drive than my current hasport mounts

Concerning inserts, the stock rubber helps damped a rather high amount of vibration, while low-frequency vibration (visible movement) is highly reduced by the insert because the soft stock rubber has nowhere to go. I have inserts in both my cars, and it does wonders. The EF has juse the 3 main mounts, 4th removed, and vibrates a bit. The EG has rear & torque mount inserts, and just as little motor movement. I've had good rubber and stock pizza cutters both spin smooth w/o wheel hop, althouh the car w/o poly suspension doesn't like rough roads as much.

If its a mostly track car, get solid poly mounts. It will vibrate like crazy, but you won't break anything (from motor movement, at least). My cars see the track as often as Alan Greenspan gets ***** (I think), which is why I didn't bother with solid poly mounts.
