1993 Accord no throttle response.
Tried checking for engine codes.. light just stayed solid with the connection jumped so im guessing the tps just is getting no voltage therefore the check engine light wont come on.
Well, you need to test the sensor. There is a 5 volt reference wire, a 0-5 volt feedback wire and a ground wire. Sweep the throttle while observing the reference voltage. It should change smoothly and from .45 or so to 4.5 or so.
What led up to this symptom? Was recent work done on the vehicle?

NVM its not the tps put in a different one.. went to check the plugs and 2 of the plug holes were filled with oil... im guessing the oil caused the 2 cylinders to miss or barely fire. So it looks like I need new valve cover gaskets and new plugs.
