Default 99 integra ls vtec

Get guys,
I have a 99 integra with a ls vtec, I just put the motor together and came across a problem. It's a b18b1 with pr3 pistons and a b16 head port and polished with Gsr cams and a p73 type r manifold protection and polished matched to The head.

The car starts bogging with trying to step on the peddle, it sounds like its running on three cylinders, then it goes away if I mess with the peddle. And sometimes it doesn't bog when I floor it, it's like a guessing game with the peddle,

I was thinking maybe a bad tps or bad injector?

Any ideas would be greatly appreaciated

Get a jumper harness and run a p28 so you can have the knock sensor disabled. I had the same problem on my ls-v. I was running a p72 also and had the knock sensor code. My car would bog out like he'll and felt like it was on 3 cylinders. Give it a try, trust me you will be satisfied

Yea that's what I'm trying to get a humerus and a chipped ecu to get rid of the knock sensor and the secondary o2 sensor, do u really thunk the bogging us occurring because of the ecu?

I would say yeah because I had the same exact problem as you and getting a p28 solved all my problems

You also can try to use a ls ecu which would be p75. Run your car and it should be better since the ls ecus don't require a knock sensor and the only downside would be that you won't be popping vtec
