Default fluctuating idle after warm up?

So im having a idle issue that I can't seem to figure out. After my car warms up to op temp the idle starts to fluctuate between 1000 to 1500. If im idling long enough sometimes it it will eventually stop and return to 850 as normal. Happens every time I come to a stop. I have tried cleaning the iac and also replaced/cleaned the replacement. If I unplug it while its bouncing it idles perfect. I don't have any code. Could have been a bad replacement iac but idk as I don't have another to try. I don't have a fitv as my motor is obd2. Anybody have any ideas

Got another iac ima try. But before I changed it I figure I try cleaning the throttle body. Well it smoothed the idle issue out but it stayed at 1200 rpm. So I adjust the idle screw to drop the idle but once I got it going down it started to surge again.

Ok well found another iac I had that I forgot about and swapped it on everything so far is good. Idles smooth and right at bout 850-900. Only question though is I don't throw and cel but if I go to check the code it still shows code 14 which is the iac code. Do I just reset the ecu or does it mean the iac is still bad even though everything seems normal now?

I hav similar problem in a way, Iv owned lots of hondas my whole life and hav done minor things but I cant post on the site yet cause its my first day but i need to kno asap about som things.... I bought a 93EJ1 with a LSV and am running a p28 chipped, when i drive it it like laggs bad b4 vtec like 3400rpms then speeds up fine and when i hit vtec i can hear it pop but its not rly feeling strong and then the CEL comes on... wtf so i did the paperclip trick it does a quick flash then long long then short short so its code 22 but the quick flash when i turn the ign is that code 1?? so will a sohc vtec solenoid work and the lagg part rly makes me mad... i changed the oil, seafoamd it and cause somtimes it idles fluctuates i did throttle cleaner which helpd a little. But is it my clutch?? cause its missing the metal plate that goes out side the bell housing, i guss it keeps the clutch cooler or somthing but idk theres lots of snow up here so could the clutch be damaged from being wet?? or should i do a tranny fluid change to c if that helps?? im lost on things so i appreciate the help cause i cant post forums yet.......
