I was wondering if anyone can tell in the pic what kind of paint that is on the engine bay.

the shop told me it was only a primer type stuff. which i believe is like a under hood white primer type?? If anyone could help me out. It would greatly be appreciated.

heres a pic of the bay ill have to try to get some better ones. looks as it might be a one stage. maybe a enamel sealer? does that leave a gloss?

the factory paint should be base/ clear.

they use a "satin" clear on the engine bay area... that's why it looks "flat"

 

I had the whole car repainted. it use to be all teal green. So what would i ask for when i go to purchase the paint.

satin clear in bays??.... its usually just base mixed with a clear binder to give it a little shine.

 

is that like a 1 stage?
