Default Hesitation/Bucking + Erratic Speedometer + CEL 12 EGR Problems

When the car first turns on and is cold, it runs/accelerates fine, but once it warms up it hesitates/bucks/gurgles but will refuse to pick up any speed. It sounds like it is running too rich. Also the speedometer is erratic, it starts out sometimes at 10mph, and jumps all over the place. I have replaced the VSS which did not fix the problem.

Idle is rough as well.

I have read quite a bit on these forums and others and done these things:

Replaced the EGR Solenoid
New VSS installed
Replaced the Coil Pack & Rotor
New Spark Plugs
Cleaned EGR Valve (Holds Vacuum)
Cleaned EGR Ports
Changed Oil/Transmission Fluid/Coolant Flush/Bleed
Cleaned IACV Screen
Tightened FITV Screw
New O2 Sensor
New Aftermarket Exhaust

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I have a 1993 accord with the same issues. You may look at the transmission side of it. Thats where my research is pulling me. Hope this helps.

I will look into the transmission.

Update: The car's speedometer hasn't acted up, but now there is a new problem. When I give the car gas it will rev up fine but when it comes back down it almost dies/stalls. Possibly a faulty fuel filter I'm thinking. I also heard noise coming from the distributor but that went away.

My accord did the same thing. I followed the steps to adjust the idle and it corrected the problem. The trick is make sure the car is warmed up completly and the the idle controll sensor unplugged. You also have to jump the computer like your gonna get the cel codes.

Thanks for the input roscop, my idle wasn't set right, that fixed the problem with it idling strange, and the problems with it revving up then almost stalling.

When I took it for a drive after I had set the idle it would still do the hesitation/no acceleration problem. When I take my foot off of the gas the car sounds like it is burping, like a loud purr for a couple seconds as it reduces in speed. Sounds like something going on in the fuel system.

Could it be my fuel filter getting clogged?

The hesitation is now only occurring once the car has been warmed up. When it first turns on and the engine is cold it runs perfectly fine.

I have my EGR port blocked off so the EGR system should not be the problem.

Anyone?
