Default swapped cluster and now have problems

i got a 95 dx hatch and today i swapped in a new gauge cluster and now i got no turn signals and it wont go into gear (its a auto). checked all relays and changed turn signal salk and still nothing. i disconnected the battery to try to clear whatever the prob was with it not shifting out of park. on the indicator on the cluster it doesnt light up what position the tranny is in. any help would be great

How does a cluster stop you from shifting into gear?
Did you try the old cluster to see if the problem remains?

i found in haynes repair manuel that if the cluster has probs itll lock the shifter. somewhere i got a relay out i think. the old cluster got knocked off the roof of the car while the new one was going in. i have been swappin parts around in the two clusters to try to get something going but i have had no luck. the turn signals really baffel me

Not sure what you read in the Haynes manual because a bad cluster would NOT affect the interlock system. My guess is that 10A dash fuse 15 is blown.
