Default grinding and hard going into gear help

I have a 2000 ITR that is turboed.

This only happens when I drive the car hard. When normal daily driving, it shifts fine.
1st to 2nd grinds
3rd to 4th sometimes wont let me get into gear. Feels like I'm shifting into a wall.

I have been told to get new synchros. I was looking through the carbon synchros by synchrotech.

Should I just buy synchros for 1-5 or is there additional parts I should get as well?

Thanks

For the gears that are giving you trouble, change the sleeve set with springs, carbon synchros, and new sleeve. You can change only the synchros on the other gears but it is alway best to inspect everything for wear while you are in there.
