honda accord h swap
I came to a stop puched my clutch in it goes into gear but makes a grinding noise when I let off...does go move forward or backward....was slipping before noise signs of a bad clutch...help =(?

Can be an input shaft bearing? Don't know. If it was the throw out bearing, he'd have to have the clutch pedal to the floor; thus, T/O is riding on the pressure plate.
