In what shape are the cylinder walls? any scuffing scratches ect...

 

how many times has the block been decked?

 

I would say cylinder walls are in pristine condition - with no visible scuffs. I can still see the honing circular patten, and the walls are smooth to the touch. I will try to get some more detailed photos, but it's a bit difficult to see the surface.

 

Block was decked once by GE when they sleeved the block.
