So the Distributor on my b16a while running sometimes is making a rattling sound/ Clicking sound. I took the distributor cap off and everytthing looked perfectly fine. I know its coming fromt he Distributor cause there's been a couple times when I had the hood open and the car running and I put my ear up to it and it sounded like something was rattling around in there...

Has anyone had a issue with this or could help me figure out what would cause this?

Also the Rotor looked fine not broken, there was no dirt or anything in there when i took the cap off because i figured something broke and was moving in there but nope..

Car isnt running top notch but i think thats do to my engine harness as I have issues with it but sometimes when i left off the gas the car will sputter.

 

the bearing inside it is bad.

 

Where's this bearing and can i just replace that or what?

 

Does anyone know if I can replace just the bearing or do i Need to buy a new distrib?

Also would a bad bearing cause the car to run shitty???

I can't tell if its my engine harness or that cause i was having issues with the harness so i orderd a new one off of ebay and im just waiting to get it and wire it in
