Seeking any obd0 tuner in the Bay Area
I have a b18a1 with my custom turbo kit installed on a 90 crx si. I am currently on an obd0 pr4 ecu and would like to get it tuned.
This is my set-up:
b18a1
t3/t4 turbo
xspower turbo manifold
stock valvetrain
greddy type s bov
38mm tial wastegate
unknown front ic
3 bar map sensor
homemade manual boost controller
dsm 450cc blue tops
walbro 255lph
obd0 pr4
Everything else is pretty much a stock 91 b18a1. I am looking at 12-15psi? Anyone know any shops who will be willing to tune my set up?

most shops won't touch OBD0 anymore. TurboEdit was the main system for OBD0 and it has been dead for many years now. There are still some people on forums.pgmfi.org that do work on it, but they are few and far between. You might talk to someone like Xenocron and see if he knows anyone out that way.
