Removing LCA from Hub?
How the hell. Maybe mine is just stuck.. I don't know. I've tried to get it off using a hammer hitting the LCA towards the front of the car.
I've followed the directions here, but I dont get one thing. It says remove the bolt? What bolt? If its referring to the bolt under the balljoint, how do I get that out? (Step 3) Maaan.. its just been a long day.

to remove the lower control arm from the hub/knuckle do this.
1. Go to the store and buy a 6 pack of
2. Go buy/get a 1/2" drive braker bar or rachet.
3. jack up car, place on jackstands.
4. Drink a
5. Take off wheel.
6. Damn, that was a lot of work, drink another
7. remove cotter pin from castle nut on the LCA balljoint.
8. drink a
9. Place jack under the hub area of the brake rotor and jack up the suspension.
10. keep jacking (the suspension sickos) until you get fit the 1/2 drive breaker bar/racket right inboard of the balljoint.
11. drink a
12. release jack while drinking a new
13. you'll hear a pop.
14. drink the last
to celebrate.
