The Tdc is in the dizzy right ? I put 3 distributor in it and also changed the fuel injectors and cleared ecu still the same codes ? I just don't see all theses distributors being bad ? I also noticed when i turn the key on the fuel pump never shuts off ?
Yes.
Look at the primary O2 sensor. Are the wires all connected and tight? If yes, test according to the service manual. Sorry, don't know the specs.
With the other problems your having I'm suspecting you might have an ECU problem or bad wires. Try checking over the wire harness, especially where it goes thru the firewall.

i checked the dist its within range according to the service manual so the only thing left is ecu or wiring harness. Ive notice there are some burnt wires behind the dash. Im sure thats my problem. How big of a job is changing the harness ? Thanks

It's big. If you've never done it then it's a HUGE job. Set aside a whole weekend- at least. I would highly recommend a couple of friends to help.
If it's only one spot, cut and fix the wires one-by-one. I would use butt-connectors as they're easy and are less prone to breakage that solder. If it's mandatory to use butt connectors in aircraft then it's good enough for my car.
