replacing hid bulb in a jdm front integra?
how do i go about changing my hid bulbs the oem ballast is connected to the headlight where u cant even see the bulb how do i get in there and has anyone else tried to replace oem hid bulbs, and what size r the bulbs for it..thanks any info is greatly appreciated.
There should be 3 (I think) torx bolts to remove. Once those are out, the ballast pops out and you now have access to the bulbs. You will need D2S bulbs.
thanks what does the socket look like where the bulb disconnects from and if some one wired them in can i get aftermarket ones and cut the two wires and wire them in i want a blue color not a white yellow

the way the housing is you have to use oem setup, and d2s bulb will work
so i can only use bulbs from oem vehicles that require hids??? stock hids r lame i want blue ones not the stock yellow white ones, d2s bulbs from ebay would work ????
Simple. You need any D2S bulb.. if you are looking for a more blue colored bulb I would suggest a 6000k bulb.
The bulb connector style is a D2S just like tsx/s2k bulbs. Look through the bulbs and info on this site, they are hands down the best for HID components/bulbs and customer services. Try the morimoto 6k's I hear they are quite good.

They will not last long at all. And they will not look way better, they will perform MUCH worse than a quality bulb and likely worse than a hallogen projector at that point.
