Default 95 Civic Radiator Fan not running

My 1995 Honda Civic LX seems to be overheating alot. I'll stop the car whenever the car gets hot, and my radiator will be bone dry, Apparently my radiator fan is not turning on. The water/antifreeze in the reserve will be boiling for awhile and the cap pops off, i've replaced it 3 times so far and now i taped the sucker down so it wont go anywhere. I recently replaced the timing belt, waterpump, thermostat, radiator, coolant reserve, sparkplugs. All my fuses under the dash are good, Im not sure about the relay however.

Have you already thoroughly and properly bled the cooling system?

This may take 20-30 minutes:

1) Park the car on an inclined driveway with the front end higher than the rear.

2) Push the dash heater lever/**** to MAX heat.

3) Follow the directions in the diagram below (hint: the bleed bolt is located where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine):

ECT sensor will not engage the fan unless its submerged in hot coolant. Top up and bleed that cooling system.

You can test the wiring and all electrical components easily if you know where your fan switch is...hint it should be right after your thermostat it's the big one.....take the plug off and put a jumper/short out the two pins in the plug this should turn on your fan if it doesn't you have a wiring issue if it does you probably need to bleed your system.....although you should bleed it anyway

First of all why did you have to change all that **** this thing beat up or something? # two....dont tape anything in your engine down with tape, if it blew the cap off that means there is pressure...your driving around with coolant fluid bout to explode in there,, FIX YOUR FAN.. You could be one commute away from a couple thousand dollars worth of engine damage making your daily driver a failing driver!!
