Default Not A Blown Head Gasket?!?!

First off, not a noob to this site. Old account wont let me log in even with new passwords, so I dont know what deal is on that.

But anyway, heres something for yas to figure out....

Was driving home the other day during a rain storm and pow motor dies in middle of traffic starts up again and blows a huge cloud of white smoke out the muffler for about 15 seconds. Car returns to normal and we continue to drive with hazards. Everytime I push the throttle past 3k rpm it it loses all power, but still drives fine under normal gassing. First thing I thought was head gasket.
Did not overheat at all either.

The next day i checked the oil. Nothing wrong with it. No froth, No cappucino, Not runny either. Perfectly normal.

Tomorrow, gettin compression tool for test, will post afterward.

Upon further inspection, now that it is sunny out, i noticed alot of oil oozing out of the vtec solenoid.

Any Ideas?

Did you check your plugs and cylinders/pistons? A blown gasket will turn the offending cylinder plug nice and shiny as well as the piston top.

I wonder if the cold water on a hot cat broke some of the cat loose and its plugging the exhaust? Any rattling when you shake the cat can? Any CEL's?

Did you drive thru a puddle with a CAI suck up some water and just miss out on a hydrolock? Maybe you did and had some damage to as said rings, bent valves or cat?

Ok, did the compression test.

ODD: ran 90psi straight across?!?!?!

Car runs fine , drove it today, not a problem at all. no coolant leak or anything.

i dont know if it was the compression tool that was screwed up or what, but even after two rounds of 5 cranks, still showed 90psi.

But regardless, I drove it around for a half hour and it ran perfeclty normal like it did before the problem.
Banged out vtec too and it was fine.

What the hell had happend that day?!,
