Default Key fob problem

We just bought a 2001 prelude base model, it came with 2 keys and 2 key fob...only 1 key fob work (regular use). The second fob is dead, replaced battery on fob and the red LED on the fob lit up solid and would NOT turn off..
Took it apart, thinking the solders might've came loose.. Everything still intact, if the button were stuck down then it would stay lit...buttons were NOT stuck...cr2025 is the battery number..bought some energizer one...

Any ideas??? There's no way u can mess up the polarity either..so now I'm stuck..

Thanks
