where can i find info to fix my ac
i am having problems with it and i know that this is kinda the wrong forum but i figure someone got to know something.
here is my problem just in case you know.
a couple of weeks ago i noticed oil dripping on the pavement i looked under my car and see it is dripping from my ac lines. i was not sure if it was a seal leak or cracked lines so i brought it to get looked at. they tell me that two lines had rubed together and started leaking. they also said that my compressor was leaking and that my expansion valve was stuck. well i dont see how my compressor was leaking since i have never seen that before and have brought it to another place like 4 months earler and they said nothing about that and my ac was kicking *** up untill all of my fluid leaked out. so last night i replaced my two ac lines and dryer, and i began to fill it up with a can of ester oil and then some coolent. on the 2 bottle of coolent my ac started tripping out and the compressor was kicking on and off and almost caused the car to die out. i thought i might of filled it up too much. so i drained some out. i let my car sit and idle for about 15 minutes and had no problems after that. well this moring on my way to school it started to kick on and off again.
has anyone ever had a problem like this before or know what i can do to fix it. is it possible to over fill it?
thanks for any help
