the picture is at an odd angle but it looks like that the boot to the INNER tie rod end. The clicking sound going str8 and turning could be the cv shafts (axles). When the joints are defective they will make a clicking sound

This, but not necessarily when the axle's are defective, but when they are worn out.

Yes replace the tie rod. If it is clicking (which is possible) it was due to the boot breaking and letting all the grease go.

I would do both for piece of mind. Might as well since you will have it mostly appart any way. If one went bad, the other will fail sooner or later.

Ok, start with inner and outer tie rods. If you still hear the clicking then it is an axle.

What is the year and model of your integra. I'll give you the honda part numbers that you need.

53540-S04-013

53560-S04-013

Start with those. I'm not positive on the numbers for the inner rods, I dont want to give you bad info. Just tell the guy/girl at the parts counter that you also need inner tie rods for the left and right side. The above numbers are for left and right outer tie rods.

Honestly I dont want to say with out being there to look at them. It gets to a certain point where you cant really go any farther with a diagnosis over the internet.

As far as the inner tie rods being the same...honestly I'm not sure. You can ask the dealer if the part numbers are the same for the left and right side inner tie rods. Thats my advice on that.

Always happy to help. Good luck with everything. Post back when you have more questions, I'm sure most of us will try to help you out as much as we can.
