I just recently bought an 09 civic lx. Ive been looking through the picture thread for ideas and ive been noticing something. It seems like the point where the two door sills meet should be flush with one another, but on my car, there is weatherstripping in the middle. Is there something wrong with my car or is it just a 2009?

both sides are the same. Funny thing, I went to go get water for my house and there was another civic at the water store. The civic had the same thing as me so I can only assume its not only my car that has it. I am still curious is to why this is though. Does anyone have a positive answer?
