91 DX/Si ZC Swap issue

I have a question for the experts. I have a 91 DX that is fully wired as an Si with a fresh ZC swap. My problem is that the car runs and all but when youre giving it gas it "sputters" like its not getting enough gas or something. The other mods are an MSD Distributor, Blaster Cap, new wires, and an AEM Fuel Rail. Any suggestions as to what might be causing the problem?

check your timing

sohc or dohc zc? Any check engine lights or codes on the ecu?

i would check your wiring you might have left some wiring out or forgot to change some pins on the ecu
