Default Wheel Sticks Out Farther

Ok So I did a search on this and found really nothing helpful.
I have a 99 Civic LX and the passenger wheel is sticking out farther than the driver side. I already got it aligned and they didnt tell me anything was bent. Car drives perfectly straight no shaking or anything. Its not the wheel offset cause i already put the rear tire on the front and still have the same issue. Check the pictures.

It's not the wheel. It's the front bumper.

The car could have a slight frame bend. Just because its aligned and everything is "ok" to the naked eye doesnt mean its all straight. An alignment can be tweaked to cover up other frame issues.

yea im just gonna take it into a shop and see if they can pin point it out. might have bent from years of 3-wheeling up steep drive ways.

and i know the bumper is crooked. but that has nothing to do with it rubbing the fender.

EDIT:

If i get a Toe and Camber kit. do you think i can just get that wheel sitting inside more?

It has nothing to do with the wheel. The bumper is all messed up.

Looks like you are lowered lopsided as well.

bent the frame by 3 wheeling? they're unibody you noticed something in other places. Unless the car took a major hit to the suspension, that bent the subframe, or something else. I very very HIGHLY doubt you did any damage to the car 3 wheeling.

Before you waste any money, line up the damn bumper.
Also, post your alignment specs.

No, a camber kit will not do anything for the tire poking out like that. Camber is when the tire leans in at the top. Toe is where it can poke out like that.
For your tire to do that, it would need some serious toe out. Which would completly abliterate that tire.

Dumb question, but is the wheel straight?

alright let me line up the bumper. and yes the wheel is straight then i'll repost some pictures. how can you tell if the lowering is lopsided from those pictures?

when i had them align it i only had them do the toe. and they couldn't print me out the paper cause the printer was broken.

If you really want to know whats going on (frame damage/ alignment) the only way to find out for sure is to take the car into a bodyshop and have them put the car on a rack tell them you want a print out of all the specs. Most shops around here charge around $100 set up fee any work to pull the frame is extra.

I think it looks lopsided by the way the photos were taken . It probably is not but I thought it bore mentioning.

alignment could be straight but you could have bent suspension parts, that can be easily adjusted for with alignment, take a couple side pics and post them!!
and measure the gap between the back of the tire and the door on each side and see if they are the same
