Default Changed clutch, throwout bearing noise help!

I just finished changing the clutch on my 99 Si. I changed the clutch, throwout bearing, and the bearing that goes on the flywheel. All parts are Honda oem parts. Even though all bearing were replaced, I can still hearing the noise from the throwout bearing when I release the clutch pedal. Is this noise normal or could it be something else?

Thanks.

Noise when the clutch pedal is release is likely a bad main bearing (input shaft) in the transmission.

Oh man, how bad is that? Should i worry about it? It was hell taking the transmission off and putting it back on, I can't imagine doing it again.
