Inner Hub Ring Won't Spin

#2 in the pic

Isn't that supposed to spin with the axle and rest of the hub? Thanks

i assume you have a b series swap? yes you must remove that ring for the axle to spin freely. just pop it off. done.

Thanks, yea the other side didnt have the ring to begin with
