1992 honda accord with a h22a. had a crazy mishap with the wiring harness. the first got cut up. now we put a new harness in it. originally a auto swapped to a 5 speed. then swaped to the h22. installed a new 5 speed harness. has been a experience to say the least. the problem we have now is that it will not do anything. any help will be appreciated. we are in east tennessee if anyone is close please reach out.

 

What symptoms does the car give when cranking it over? We need more detail such as does the engine cranks over, do you hear the fuel prime, does it have spark, etc.

 

well it really does not do anything. i do not hear the fuel pump prime. basically we get nothing at all. i hear a relay near the interior fuse panel and thats about it. the first 2 trys to crank it would blow the 10 a ecu fuse under the hood. i traced a loose ground tightened it down tried once again and nothing but did not blow the 10 a fuse. i am at a loss. i know a good bit about civics but not to much about accords especially accords with a h22 swap.

 

Will the oil pressure, seat belt, check engine lights come on when the key is turned to the "ON" position? Does the headlight come on?

 

we did not have the cluster installed yet wanted to make sure we had fire before i finished putting everything back in
