In the 5Th gen. which I have (1994-1997) and I recently purchased did the same thing, turns out the circuit board behind the speedo. was faulty, I swapped it out all was good.

I see yours is a 2000 accord, since your check engine light is on it could be your VSS sensor, remember if the circuit board is bad it won't trigger the check engine light.

The coolant indicator not working is likely an electrical short, checking your fuse would be the first step.

Check Engine Light
SRS Light
and whatever the other indicator is

Have the CEL scanned, kidcool is most likely correct, if you have cruise control try to use that as well. If it doesn't work it is probably the VSS.

The SRS light and the other one concern me too however.

I had this problem too, well for me it turned out two things;

First time, i noticed the insulation on some of the VSS wires was cut (near the sensor), allowing water and debris to come in contact with the wire. Fixed it, problem solved.

Second time, same problem, but at the connector. Had to replace the connector. Then i noticed the middle pin on the VSS unit was broken. Had to replace the VSS (Vehicule Speed Sensor).

You can try checking it out visually, it's not really hard (just badly located), it would be a start.

my check engine light isnt on, when my speedo trips out my washerfluid light lights up and my engine temp gauge goes all the way down, my abs and srs light are on for a different reason, i recently brought my car to a local honda dealer where i ran the scanner on it

srs - air bag sensor underneath passenger seat is faulty
abs - rear driver wheel speed sensor needed to be replaced

im gonna check my VSS when i have free from work

The little yellow light with the engine on it is not your CEL? Unless I'm smoking crack I think I see that solid throughout the video?

Ok, I wish I could believe that the CEL isn't on.....dude you have enough warning lights on that I personally would be worried about driving the car.....much less driving and making a video at the same time.

It's a honda they will drive no matter what.

The washer fluid being on is that because you neglected to add fluid or is that another issue you're being plagued with.

It's hard to tell on the video because those yellow lights look like a CEL.

First thing I would do is check your ground connections, as well as the battery terminals.
