Default Sprayed TB-Now Idle Stuck at 1500

So my idle was shitty and wanting to stall, mechanic sprayed a bottle of the throttle body cleaner and the usual happened... hard to start, etc. Now its stuck at 1500rpms.. He didnt remove the TB or IAC. He said to come back tomorrow.. but can someone give me some ideas of what is going on? Also, can you adjust the idle? the screw that faces the font of the car?

The screw is a there to allow a certain amount of air into the intake manifold to allow the engine to keep running in the event the IAC fails. Sounds like the carb cleaner knocked some crap loose and either blocked the throttle plate from closing all the way or blocked the IAC rotor keeping it open slightly. OR, the tech scratched the intake bore allowing air to slip past the throttle plate.

I highly doubt the TB got sratched, it looks fine.. Im trying to get the IAC off but the damn thing is in the worst place possible. Plus the bolts are on super tight and the wrench doesn't even fit back there.

With the car idling, GENTLY tap the IACV with a hammer. See if the idle comes down.

I took the IAC off, after all the coolant came out, (btw why are there coolant lines in the IAC?) and I sprayed it with MAF cleaner. I put it back on and when it started the idle came down to 1100 but then after about 15mins back to 1500..

I noticed its a DENSO IAC, from what I know that is a cheap replacement part.. I am thinking the IAC is shot.. and damn why are they so expensive?! They were $40 for my mustang

Is it possible that the FITV got messed up? Or is that irrelvant?
